1. General terms
This document is a public offer by Buddy-Mover (hereinafter "the Contractor") and sets out the terms on which moving and freight services are provided.
Submitting a request on the website or agreeing an order verbally constitutes full acceptance of the terms of this offer.
2. Subject of the contract
The Contractor provides transport, packing, furniture assembly/disassembly and storage services in the scope agreed with the Customer.
The exact scope of work, timescales and estimate are recorded when the request is confirmed; later changes are discussed before they are made.
3. Price and payment
The price is calculated individually based on volume, route and scope of work. The final price is agreed before work begins — with no hidden surcharges.
The method and schedule of payment are agreed by the parties when the order is placed.
4. Liability of the parties
The Contractor is liable for the safety of property accepted for carriage in the manner provided by law. A contract is drawn up for every move.
The Customer undertakes to provide accurate information about the cargo and to ensure access to the loading and unloading locations.
5. How to place a request
A request can be placed through the form on the website, by phone or via messenger. Once the request is received, the Contractor contacts the Customer to confirm details and agree terms.
