It earns its price in three cases: the cargo is genuinely urgent, it is valuable enough that weeks in transit are a risk in themselves, or it is small and light enough that the difference against sea freight is not large in absolute terms.

How it works
Route and flight
We select carrier and routing by weight, dimensions, deadline and destination, and tell you the realistic date — including the customs time at both ends, which is what people forget when they plan.
Packing to air standards
Air freight has its own rules on packaging, weight distribution and marking. Cargo packed for a truck is frequently refused at acceptance, and that is a lost day at minimum.
Documents and customs
Air waybill, export declaration, invoices, certificates where the cargo needs them. We prepare the set and accompany clearance at departure and, where required, at arrival.
Tracking to the door
Shipment status is available online throughout, and we arrange delivery from the destination airport to the recipient's address.
What affects the price
Chargeable weight
Airlines charge on actual or volumetric weight, whichever is greater. Light bulky cargo is priced by the space it occupies, which surprises people the first time — and is why packing that does not waste volume pays for itself.
Destination and routing
A direct flight costs more than a connection and saves a day or more. Which is right depends on your deadline, not on a rule.
What is in the shipment
Anything classed as dangerous goods, plus items needing certificates, permits or temperature control, requires additional handling and paperwork.
How urgent it is
Express acceptance and a guaranteed departure cost more than a standard booking on the next convenient flight. It is worth paying only when the date genuinely cannot move.

How long does air freight from Baku take?
The flight is hours; the shipment is days. Realistically it is three to seven days door to door for most destinations, and customs at both ends accounts for most of that. We give you the honest date, including clearance, before you book.
Can you send household goods by air?
Yes, and for urgent relocations it is common — usually the part that is needed immediately goes by air while the rest goes by road or sea. That split is normally the cheapest sensible answer.
Who handles customs?
We do, at the Azerbaijani end: declaration, documents, accompanying the clearance. At the destination we work with a partner agent or with the recipient's broker, whichever you prefer.
What cannot be sent by air?
Dangerous goods, most aerosols, many liquids and batteries outside equipment are restricted or prohibited by IATA rules. Send us the list and we will tell you what flies, what needs a permit and what has to go by road or sea instead.
