Moves rarely line up neatly. The old lease ends on the first and the new flat is ready on the twentieth; the renovation runs a month over; the family leaves for the summer and the flat is let out. In every one of those cases the belongings have to be somewhere that is not a friend's garage.
We keep a 300 m² warehouse of our own in Lokbatan — not rented space in someone else's building. It is heated, ventilated and climate-controlled, which is what matters in Baku: a summer of unregulated heat and humidity will warp wooden furniture, lift veneer and mark leather, and an unheated winter store is no better.
Everything that goes in is inventoried and photographed, so what comes out is verifiable against what went in. Access is by request — you can come and take one item, not just the whole lot.

How it works
We collect and pack for storage
Storage packing is not the same as moving packing: furniture is wrapped for months rather than for one drive, upholstery is covered against dust, and nothing is stacked where its own weight will mark it.
Inventory before it goes in
Every item and box is listed and photographed. You get the list. It is the difference between storage and simply losing sight of your things for six months.
Kept in conditions that do not damage things
Heated, ventilated, dry, with climate control and CCTV plus security around the clock.
Out when you need it — all of it or one item
Tell us a day ahead and we prepare access. Delivery to your new address is arranged the same way as any other move.
What affects the price
Volume, in cubic metres
Storage is priced by the space taken, not by the number of boxes. Packing things properly for storage usually reduces the volume, and with it the monthly cost.
How long
The monthly rate is lower for longer terms. A month between two flats and a year while abroad are priced differently.
Collection and delivery
Bringing things to the warehouse and taking them out again are moves in their own right and are priced as such. Combined with a move, they cost less.
How often you need access
Occasional access is included. If you need to get in regularly, we place your items where they can be reached without moving everything else, and that placement is factored in.
Questions about this service
What is the minimum storage period?
One month. Shorter gaps between two moving dates are usually cheaper to handle as part of the move itself, and we will tell you if that is your case rather than selling you a month you do not need.
Can I get one item out without unloading everything?
Yes, if we know a day in advance. That is exactly what the inventory and photographs are for.
Is what I store insured?
Insurance is optional, priced separately and not included in the moving estimate. Without a policy, our liability for stored items is governed by the contract. For anything genuinely valuable we recommend the policy and will arrange it.
Will furniture be damaged over a long period?
That is precisely what the climate control is for. Baku's summer humidity and heat is what damages wooden furniture, veneer and leather in ordinary unconditioned storage; heating matters in the same way in winter.
