A move goes wrong in the gaps between contractors. The packers finish and leave, the van arrives an hour late, the movers have never seen the furniture before, and by evening nobody can say where the bolts from the wardrobe went. We take the whole route so that there are no gaps to fall into: the people who packed your belongings are the ones who carry them out, drive them and put them back together at the new address.
We move apartments, houses, offices and single rooms across Baku, to the regions and abroad. Volume is not the deciding factor — a studio with a piano can be harder than a four-room flat of ordinary furniture, and both are planned the same way: someone comes, looks, and writes down what is actually there.
Baku adds its own problems, and they are worth naming out loud. Buildings in Icherisheher and around Torgovaya have stairwells a wardrobe will not turn in. New complexes in Khatai and Yasamal have service lifts you must book in advance and management that wants a pass for the crew. We deal with that before moving day, not on it.

How it works
Survey — free, and it is the whole plan
An assessor comes to your address, walks through the rooms and writes down what needs moving, what will not go through the door assembled, what is fragile and how the loading will work. If it is easier for you, send a video walkthrough on WhatsApp instead — for a standard flat that is usually enough.
The estimate and the date
You get a written estimate for the agreed scope, plus the crew size, vehicle and timings. If the volume, route or requested work changes, we explain the updated estimate before proceeding. We agree the date and reserve the crew for it.
Packing and loading
We bring boxes, kraft paper, wrap, tape and labels. Fragile items are packed separately, furniture is disassembled where it has to be, and every box is marked with the room it belongs to at the NEW address — that is what makes unpacking short.
Transport, unloading, putting things in place
We carry everything in, reassemble the furniture, hang what needs hanging and take the empty boxes away with us. You come home to rooms you can live in, not to a maze of cartons.
What affects the price
Volume of belongings
The main factor. It decides the size of the vehicle, the number of movers and the hours. This is exactly what a survey measures — guessing it from a phone call is how surprise charges appear on moving day.
Floor and lift
A fifth floor without a lift is a different job from a fifth floor with one. A service lift that fits a sofa changes the price more than the distance across town does.
Distance and access
Within Baku the route matters less than where the van can actually stand. A courtyard with no access, a narrow street in the old city or a complex that only allows vehicles at certain hours all add time.
What else you take from us
Packing, furniture disassembly and assembly, storage between the two addresses, disposal of what you are not taking. The full package costs less than the same steps ordered separately from different companies.
Questions about this service
How long does an apartment move in Baku take?
A two-room flat with packing is usually one working day. Three or four rooms often split into two: packing on the first day, transport and placement on the second. The survey gives you the exact plan — we would rather tell you two days honestly than promise one and finish at midnight.
Do I need to be there for the whole move?
No. Many clients are present at the start, hand over the keys to the new address and come back when everything is in. The crew leader stays in touch and sends photos if you ask. Your personal manager is reachable the whole day.
Can you move an office without stopping work?
Yes, and that is the usual request. Office moves are normally done over a weekend or at night so Monday starts as if nothing happened. Workstations are labelled by employee, equipment is packed separately and set up again in the same configuration.
What do you not take?
Documents, cash, jewellery and medication we ask you to carry yourself — not because we cannot, but because a client should never have to wonder where those are. Live plants and animals we discuss separately; they travel differently from furniture.
