Moving to Ganja and the western regions
Three hundred and seventy kilometres each way. At that distance a move stops being a drive and becomes a route that has to be planned.
Ganja is Azerbaijan's second city and a full day's round trip from Baku. That single fact changes everything about how the move is organised: there is no popping back for the forgotten box, no second trip for what did not fit, and no recovering from a vehicle that turned out to be too small.
So the survey matters more here than anywhere. The volume has to be right the first time, because the cost of getting it wrong is a whole extra day on the road rather than an extra hour.
We run the same work in Ganja that we run in Baku — flats, houses, offices, packing, assembly, storage — and we go on to Yevlakh, Mingachevir, Shamkir and the rest of the west on the same routes.
How a long-distance move is planned
Volume measured, not estimated
At 370 km a vehicle that is 10% too small costs a second day, not a second trip. The survey exists to make sure that does not happen, and for a long-distance move a video walkthrough is usually not enough.
Packing built for the road
Several hours of motorway is a different load on a box than twenty minutes across town. Fragile items get more protection and the load is secured rather than simply stacked.
One or two days, agreed in advance
A modest flat can be loaded, driven and unloaded in a long day. A house is normally two: load and drive on the first, unload and assemble on the second. We tell you which yours is before you book, not on the day.
The same crew the whole way
The crew travels with the load. Nobody hands your belongings to a driver in Baku and hopes somebody meets him in Ganja.

Frequent questions
How long does a move from Baku to Ganja take?
The drive is five to six hours each way. A two-room flat is usually one long day; a house or a large flat is two. What decides it is the loading, not the road.
Can I send only part of my belongings to Ganja?
Yes — that travels as a part load: you pay for the space you occupy and share the vehicle. It is much cheaper than a dedicated van and takes a little longer, since the route is planned around the whole load.
Do you go beyond Ganja?
Yes, to Shamkir, Gazakh, Tovuz and on to the Georgian border. The same corridor carries our road freight to Georgia, so an onward international move is a continuation of the same route rather than a new one.
Is a survey needed for a long-distance move?
Strongly recommended, and for anything larger than a small flat we will ask for one. At this distance an underestimated volume costs a second day on the road — that is precisely the mistake the survey exists to prevent.
